Stuart

Swift and true with a shucking knife, meet Stuart, your shucker at Seas the Day. With a dazzling accent from across the pond, Stuart is a local oyster farmer and the Director of Swinomish Shellfish Co. with the Swinomish Tribal Community. His oysters are a crowd favorite, boasting a briny front and sweet finish!

Stuart is eager to share learned experience with oyster farming and oyster knowledge. And, he doesn’t shy away from eating these delicious, briny morsels. Stuart is a nature and beer appreciator! When not hand selecting your oysters, you can catch him hiking, fishing, surfing, or snowboarding!

Becky

Becky started Seas the Day | Traveling Oyster Bar in 2018. For over a decade, she’s been in the business of growing oysters and planning parties! She is committed to bringing you an enjoyable raw bar experience, while answering all your questions along the way. Buying direct from local shellfish farms, Becky showcases the freshest and tastiest oysters with Seas the Day!

Becky is an active surfer and sailor who is passionate about community and protecting our ocean. Her commitment to making sustainable choices for our oceans — now and into the future — is reflected by Seas the Day’s certification as an Ocean Friendly Restaurant.
