Becky is the owner and founder of Seas the Day | Traveling Oyster Bar, which she launched in 2018. With more than a decade of experience in both oysters and event planning, she’s dedicated to crafting a customized raw oyster bar experience and making sure every detail feels seamless.

A sailor and surfer at heart, Becky is passionate about growing food, sharing meals, and building community connections. She’s committed to working with you to create a one-of-a-kind oyster bar—bringing fresh flavors, good vibes, and lasting memories to your celebration.

Stuart thomas

Swift and steady, meet Stuart—your expert shucker and oyster hunter at Seas the Day. He works directly with local shellfish farmers to source oysters at peak freshness, delivering that perfect balance of briny bite and sweet finish. Paired with our house-made mignonette, these oysters are always a crowd favorite.

With over 15 years of hands-on oyster farming experience, Stuart brings both knowledge and passion to every event. A true appreciator of nature (and a good craft beer), you’ll often find him hiking, fishing, surfing, or snowboarding when he’s not hand-selecting oysters for your celebration.
